Oreo and Peanut Butter Layered Baby Lattice Pies
Sandwiches have been in vogue for centuries now. Two slices of bread, some meat, some cheese, some veggies, and bam! You've got a meal.
But what if, instead of meat, you used Oreos? And instead of cheese, you used peanut butter? And instead of bread, you used pie crust? Then you, my innovative friend, would have Oreo and Peanut Butter Layered Baby Lattice Pies. The blogger at the Picky Palate, it should be noted, used Natural Jif for the peanut butter part of the recipe, making this technically a healthy choice for your little ones' school lunches.

Find out how to make them here.
Test Kitchen says: Ew. And by "ew" I mean "I'll have another." Pie's answer to the cakepop phenomenon is sure to be a hit with cardiologists and 4-year-olds everywhere.
